Job summary

We are recruiting for a Technical Manager responsible for project design, technical coordination, managing external consultants, and ensuring compliance with building standards for high-rise mixed-use schemes.

Responsibilities

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and technical aspects of residential projects from planning through to completion. This includes managing external consultants, ensuring design excellence, and coordinating with internal teams to meet commercial and quality targets.

Qualifications

Building Regulations Construction Coordination Construction Safety Contract Management Design & Build Coordination Design Development Design Review Project Management Stakeholder Communication Technical Specification Writing

Candidates must hold a degree or higher diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in mixed-use residential schemes and a strong understanding of building regulations and construction standards are essential.
