Job summary

Supporting and leading a care team at a residential care home, delivering personalized care and activities for residents, while guiding colleagues and ensuring dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Support the wellbeing of residents by delivering personalized care in line with individual care plans. Guide and encourage Care Assistants while working collaboratively to enrich the daily lives of residents.

Qualifications

Care Communication Development Dignity and Respect Encouragement Leisure and Social Activities Personalised Care Teamwork

Experience in care is required, with an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent being desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in older people and the ability to work flexibly within a team.
