Job summary

The role involves leading and expanding a Health, Safety & Environment practice within a professional services firm, focusing on business development, technical leadership, and client advisory in the UK and EMEA regions. Key responsibilities include developing HSE strategies, ensuring compliance, managing environmental risks, and advising multinational clients at the executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead the expansion of the Health, Safety & Environment practice across the UK and EMEA by driving revenue growth and securing complex consulting engagements. Provide high-level technical leadership and strategic guidance on HSE lifecycles, including safety culture, environmental compliance, and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

Environmental Management Systems Environmental strategy development H&S assurance and compliance Health, Safety & Environment HSE strategy development Incident investigation and root cause analysis Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Regulatory compliance and permitting Safety culture and leadership programmes Site risk assessments

Requires extensive experience in HSE consulting at a Director or Partner level with a proven track record as a 'seller-doer' in professional services. Must possess deep technical expertise in both health and safety and environmental regulations, with the ability to advise C-suite executives of multinational clients.
