Job summary

Responsible for overseeing and providing direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards, and supporting interdisciplinary team communication in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating nursing care and overseeing the medical plans for assigned residents. Duties include direct patient care, medication administration, and supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
