The Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) Operations Manager oversees the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Kells manufacturing facility, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and modular assembly production, process improvements, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational management of the Kells Off-Site Manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met while supporting company growth and project demands.

Qualifications

Electrical Engineering Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering Production Planning Project Management Quality Management Safety

Extensive management experience in manufacturing or similar environments, with expertise in production planning, safety, quality, and cost control. Technical qualifications and experience in modular or prefabricated manufacturing are highly desirable.
