Job summary

Seeking a Financial Reporting Vice President with deep SEC reporting experience to support fund financial statements and SEC filings, leading projects and mentoring teams while ensuring compliance with regulations and improving processes.

Responsibilities

The Vice President will lead the implementation of scalable processes for fund financial statements and SEC filings while mentoring team members. They will also serve as a key resource for regulatory requirements and partner with the Director to evolve the firm's financial reporting service offering.
