Job summary

The Maintenance Manager will oversee engineering teams, manage maintenance schedules, analyze downtime reports, coordinate with contractors, and lead reliability and continuous improvement projects to ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering supervisors while managing KPIs, downtime, and maintenance schedules to improve plant reliability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant design and implement predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

CMMS FMEA Leadership Maintenance Management Preventive Maintenance Project Management Reliability Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting

Requires a full-time served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ level 3 and working knowledge of CMMS. Candidates must demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to mobilize teams and influence cross-functional working.
