Responsibilities

The Lead Accountant will prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A. They will also research technical accounting matters, maintain accounting policies, and support business process improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
