Design, develop, and optimize embedded video encoding and streaming pipelines for Verkada’s security cameras. Collaborate with firmware and native client teams to ensure high performance, efficient, and secure live and historical video streaming.

Design, develop, and optimize embedded video encoding and streaming pipelines for security devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance video capture and delivery.

Qualifications

C/C++ DASH FFmpeg GStreamer HLS RTMP RTP RTSP video codecs video streaming

Requires a BS or MS degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of professional experience in embedded systems development. Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded Linux environments is essential.
