Seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive neurological care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, patient follow-up, and education, in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

The Neurology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for conducting follow-up visits, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
