Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves working as part of a supportive team to provide personalized care in a residential care home for elderly residents, encouraging social activities, and showing kindness and respect to residents, families, and colleagues. No prior experience required as training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

The Care Assistant will work as part of a supportive team to provide personalised care in line with individual care plans. They are also responsible for encouraging and participating in leisure and social activities to enrich the lives of residents.
