Job summary

Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for virtual primary care on a per-diem basis. Conduct video visits, manage urgent, behavioral, chronic conditions, and document in Epic EHR.

Responsibilities

The Virtualist will conduct video-only virtual visits covering urgent care, chronic disease management, and behavioral health. They are responsible for maintaining accurate EHR documentation in Epic while providing high-quality care across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree (MSN/DNP or PA) and possess an active Massachusetts license, DEA, and MCSR registration. At least two years of clinical experience in primary or urgent care is preferred, along with proficiency in Epic EHR.
