The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and technicians to schedule repairs, prepare work orders, and manage billing. They also oversee daily service department operations and monitor the progress of job statuses.

Qualifications

Billing and Invoicing Computer Skills (Windows and Word) Customer Service Scheduling Technical Knowledge of Trucks Warranty Knowledge Work Order Management

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related truck experience. Proficiency in Windows and Word, a valid driver's license, and reliable attendance are required.
