Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) in behavioral health adult inpatient unit providing comprehensive patient care, leading with compassion, and ensuring safety and therapeutic outcomes in accordance with standards and policies.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive care for adult behavioral health inpatients using the nursing process and established clinical standards. Apply evidence-based practice, sound clinical judgment, and compassionate communication to promote patient safety and a positive care experience.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program and an active registered nurse license in the state of practice are required. Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is also required.
