Responsibilities

The Workplace Technical Manager will oversee the technical performance, maintenance, and safety of Landsec assets in London while ensuring high-quality customer experiences. They will manage service partners, support decarbonization strategies, and assist with major works projects to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Building Maintenance Customer Service Decarbonization Strategies Electrical Engineering Energy Management Facilities Management HVAC Systems Mechanical Engineering Project Management Stakeholder Management

Candidates must have a proven track record in team environments, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work outside normal office hours. Essential qualifications include a City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical certification, with HND/HNC in engineering preferred.
