Job summary

Dataiku seeks a Senior Manager for Anaplan & Sales Compensation Systems to lead architecture, governance, and modernization of Anaplan platform supporting sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on platform ownership to drive finance transformation and systematization.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will own the end-to-end architecture, governance, and roadmap for the Anaplan platform, focusing on sales compensation, headcount planning, and forecasting. They will lead finance transformation initiatives to modernize FP&A processes by replacing manual workflows with scalable, automated systems.

Qualifications

Anaplan Automation Data Integration Data Reconciliation Financial Modeling Forecasting FP&A Sales Compensation Stakeholder Management System Implementation

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in building and implementing Anaplan solutions, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification (Level 2+ or Master Anaplanner) is required, along with deep expertise in financial planning and sales compensation.
