Job summary

Assist in implementing health and safety systems within UK manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, promoting safe practices, and supporting safety culture development.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and day-to-day management of health and safety systems at UK manufacturing and operational sites, helping maintain legal compliance and promote safe working practices. Conduct inspections and audits, support risk management and incident investigations, coordinate training and emergency preparedness, and track corrective actions and performance data.

Qualifications

Requires a NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, or progress toward a recognized health and safety qualification, plus 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial health and safety role. Candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, Microsoft Office skills, clear communication, and a practical, collaborative approach.
