Responsibilities

The registered nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practices. They are responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, discharge planning, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.

Qualifications

BLS cultural awareness discharge planning effective communication health information documentation medication administration patient assessment patient care RN - Registered Nurse

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid Pennsylvania RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
