Job summary

The Marketing Communications Manager leads strategy, development, execution, and measurement of marketing communications, aiming to build brand equity, drive awareness, and generate demand through integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The role involves developing marketing plans, managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing branding and content, supporting product launches, enabling sales, managing digital presence, operating MarTech stack, executing events, managing budgets, leading the team, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional channels, including brand and content stewardship, product launches, sales enablement, digital presence, events, and marketing technology. Manage the marketing communications budget and external vendors, supervise and develop the team, and collaborate with sales, product, HR, and business leaders to support company growth.
