Job summary

A Field Service Representative installs, maintains, and troubleshoots water treatment systems at customer sites, providing technical consultation, water testing, and system optimization to ensure effective operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, instrumentation, and water treatment systems at customer sites. Test and analyze water, advise and train customers, document service activities, follow safety requirements, and coordinate service across the assigned territory.

A high school diploma or GED is required, while a technical degree or diploma in a related field is preferred; candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant technical experience. Applicants need a full valid driver's license, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, communication and computer skills, the ability to work independently and travel, and the physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
