Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing the Southeast territory industrial distribution channel, supporting distributor sales efforts, identifying new distribution opportunities, managing and growing the distribution network, training distributors and end-users, meeting sales quotas, and collaborating with other departments and prospects.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the industrial distribution channel within the Northeast territory. This role involves driving sales growth, providing technical training to distributors and end-users, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in industrial coatings or equipment sales. Strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel 50% of the time are required.
