Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing basic nursing care under supervision, including monitoring patient health, medication administration, assisting with daily activities, and documentation as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical providers, including monitoring patients, administering and documenting medications, checking vital signs, and attending to minor injuries. Support treatment plans by collecting patient data and specimens, scheduling appointments and tests, assisting with transportation, and working with physicians and staff to maintain a safe care environment.

Qualifications

Applicants must graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active Missouri LPN license; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are also required. New graduates are welcome, while at least three months of behavioral health, pediatric, or inpatient nursing experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
