Job summary

Seeking part-time contact centre Fraud Analysts to analyze customer accounts for fraud, handle customer inquiries, and escalate issues, requiring customer service experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, and IT literacy. Training provided, work hours are 5am to 9am, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity on customer accounts. Responsibilities also include generating reports, logging complaints, and providing expert support to internal teams.
