Job summary

The Engineering Design and Manufacture Graduate Apprenticeship at HM Naval Base Clyde is a 4-year program combining degree-level learning with practical experience in supporting the UK's submarine fleet. It involves maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement activities supported by rigorous security clearance and resident in Scotland.

Responsibilities

You will support the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of the Royal Navy's submarine fleet within the Fleet Engineering team. The role involves gaining practical experience across various engineering disciplines while working alongside technical specialists in a regulated defence environment.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold Scottish Highers (BBCC or equivalent) including Maths and a science or technology subject. You must be a sole UK national capable of achieving and maintaining BPSS and SC security clearance.
