Job summary

A Full Time Nurse Practitioner role in outpatient gastroenterology care, responsible for managing patient health problems, performing assessments, diagnosing, developing, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members, with minimum 5 years of GI or Primary Care experience.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations. This includes performing health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Communication Gastroenterology HIPAA & OSHA Regulations Medical Assessment Patient Care Time Management

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with at least 5 years of experience in GI or primary care. Current New Jersey licensure, DEA and CDS certificates, and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
