Job summary

A Hospice House Staff Nurse - RN provides compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, assesses patient conditions, implements care plans, and oversees nursing staff in a hospice setting.

Responsibilities

The Staff Nurse will observe, assess, and document resident conditions while implementing individualized care plans. They are also responsible for overseeing certified nurse aides and communicating effectively with residents' points of contact.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current State Registered Nurse license and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Two years of clinical or healthcare experience is preferred.
