Job summary

The Lead Program Manager will oversee a complex, multi-phase programme focused on transforming Pearson’s qualifications portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of impactful projects.

Responsibilities

You will lead and oversee the integrated Pearson Qualifications Transformation delivery plan while governing the programme through robust risk management and compliance frameworks. Additionally, you will manage Portfolio Leads and Project Support team members to foster a high-performance culture and ensure transparent reporting to the Steering Committee.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive experience in programme or project management with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced degrees or certifications like PMP or Agile preferred.
