Job summary

Experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and managing assets to ensure safety, efficiency, and minimal disruptions in a facility management setting.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical building systems, diagnose faults, and keep assets operating reliably. Maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork, manage spares and remedial work, and follow safe working practices while identifying opportunities to improve building performance.

Qualifications

18th Edition BS7671 Building Services Maintenance Electrical Installations Fault-finding NVQ

The role requires formal training in City & Guilds Electrical Installations or an equivalent NVQ, along with building services maintenance training. Candidates must also have the 18th Edition BS 7671 qualification and knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators, and low-voltage systems.
