Job summary

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, supporting clinical operations, administering medications, monitoring resident health, collaborating with team members, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents while monitoring their conditions and responding to status changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate medication administration and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa and possess a current CPR certification. Candidates should have knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and a strong commitment to empathetic patient care.
