Job summary

The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef and management team in delivering top culinary experiences, leading kitchen teams, managing food quality, safety, and costs, and developing menus within a prestigious racecourse venue.

Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in managing food production and creative menu development across hospitality, banqueting, and retail operations. Lead and motivate kitchen brigades while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and financial performance targets.
