Job summary

Support residents with personal care, companionship, nutrition, hydration, and social activities while maintaining accurate care plans in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to residents, including assistance with personal care, nutrition, and hydration needs. Observe and document resident behavior while facilitating social and recreational activities to support their mental and physical well-being.
