Job summary

The Principal AI Platform Engineer at ServiceNow leads the architecture and deployment of customer-facing AI solutions, particularly agentic AI systems, on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working directly with clients to analyze, design, deploy, and validate AI solutions, setting technical standards, providing mentorship, and aligning solutions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will lead the technical direction for agentic AI solutions by architecting, deploying, and verifying production-ready systems for ServiceNow customers. You will also serve as a senior technical advisor, setting standards for the team and feeding field insights back into product development.

Qualifications

AI Systems Deployment Cloud Platforms Customer Engagement Data Security & Privacy Leadership ML/AI Monitoring & Evaluation Problem Solving Solution Architecture Solution Design

Candidates must have extensive experience in customer-facing solution delivery and hands-on expertise in designing autonomous agent systems. A bachelor's degree in a technical field and 12-15 years of relevant experience are required to lead complex engagements.
