Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Lead for a specialized telemetry unit, responsible for providing direct patient care, leading clinical initiatives, and ensuring safe, effective treatment of cardiovascular patients in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Lead RN provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes. They also provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team while fostering an environment of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

advanced telemetry equipment BLS certification cardiac monitoring clinical decision making communication leadership nursing patient care patient education telemetry technology

Candidates must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association is also required.
