Job summary

Devenere Law Collective seeks an experienced Contract Family Law Attorney to manage Texas family-law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, property division, enforcement, modification, and related proceedings. Responsibilities include client counseling, case strategy, pleadings, discovery, negotiation, mediation, hearings, and trial. The role requires courtroom advocacy, empathy, discretion, and practical judgment. Primarily remote with attendance at court and meetings as needed. Compensation is $90–$115 per hour, with approximately 160 billable hours expected monthly, under a 1099 contractor arrangement, initially lasting six to eight months with potential full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

Manage family-law matters from initial consultation through resolution, including divorce, custody, and support proceedings. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials while maintaining accurate billing and collaborating with the legal team.

Qualifications
