Job summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and support web-based applications and backend systems for financial indices. Lead and mentor development teams, drive solutions, and ensure delivery for critical projects throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Java/J2EE applications while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and perform system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
