Job summary

The role of an Information/Asset Manager involves supporting infrastructure projects by ensuring effective information and asset management, compliance with standards, stakeholder engagement, digital solutions implementation, and transitioning asset information for operational use.

Responsibilities

The Information/Asset Manager will lead information management activities across infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with ISO standards and project requirements. They will collaborate with delivery teams to implement robust information protocols and support the transition of asset data into operational environments.

Qualifications

Building Information Modelling (BIM) Data Management Digital Solutions Information Management ISO 19650 ISO 55001 Leadership and Governance Project Lifecycle Knowledge Regulatory Compliance Stakeholder Engagement

Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction and possess demonstrable experience in Asset Information Management and BIM. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 55001 standards, along with the ability to obtain Security Clearance, is required.
