Job summary

The HCA Trainee provides quality nursing care to residents, learning caregiver responsibilities through training and assisting with personalized resident care plans, hygiene, mobility, and safety tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

The HCA Trainee will complete a state-mandated training program while assisting caregivers with daily living activities and resident care. Responsibilities include monitoring resident health, documenting care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents.

Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge Communication skills Compassion CPR and First Aid Incontinence care Observation skills Patient care Problem-solving Record keeping

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.
