Job summary

Provide community-based nursing care for adults with complex health needs, supporting medication management, crisis intervention, staff training, and regulatory compliance in a group home setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee medical care and medications for residents in community-based group homes, including training staff in safe medication practices and responding to emergencies or crises. Maintain health and safety documentation and ensure programs comply with applicable medical and medication regulations.

Qualifications

Basic Computer Skills Communication Compliance Crisis Intervention Emergency Response Medical & Medication Oversight Medication Laws and Documentation Mental Health Support Staff Training Teamwork

An active Massachusetts LPN license, a driver's license, and a reliable car are required; an active Massachusetts RN license is preferred. Experience supporting mental health needs, clear communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork are also sought, and MAP certification may be required within the first six months.
