Responsibilities

The Wire Harness Engineer will design, fabricate, and integrate harness systems while managing end-to-end electrical interconnect requirements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical, environmental, and reliability standards for aerospace applications.

3D CAD wiring routing Connectivity protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, 1553) Electrical harness design Electrical risk mitigation Electrical standards (MIL-STD, etc.) Electrical systems analysis Electromagnetic interference (EMI/EMC) NX Cabling and Siemens Capital Harness Power distribution Wire diagrams

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical harnessing. Proficiency in 3D CAD routing tools like Siemens NX and Capital, along with eligibility for a US Security Clearance, is required.
