Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform operational store tasks including inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

ASE Certification Automotive Parts Automotive Sales Bilingual Cash Handling Cataloging Customer Service Multitasking

Candidates must be able to multitask and provide professional customer service while accurately matching alphanumeric sequences. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems is desired, and bilingual skills are highly encouraged.
