Job summary

Seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support residents' physical and psychological needs in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

The LPN provides direct physical and psychological care to residents while collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for coordinating, supervising, and evaluating resident care while maintaining safety standards.
