Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution under the guidance of senior attorneys, including researching transportation laws, drafting legal documents, and attending hearings, depositions, and mediations. Negotiate settlements, collaborate with colleagues, and prepare case analysis reports that support proactive resolution strategies for clients.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Texas, and have at least three years of general casualty litigation experience, including deposition and motion practice. Transportation, logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience are preferred; trial experience and familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues are also advantageous.
