Job summary

Home Infusion Nurse providing infusion therapies in patients' homes, requiring clinical IV experience, patient care, and excellent communication skills. Requires current RN license, minimum 2 years experience, and ability to travel locally. Prefer infusion and home healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. Perform infusion therapies in patient homes and participate in telephonic on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Communication Driving IV Therapy Microsoft Office Nursing Patient Education Time Management

Requires a current Registered Nurse license in Illinois, at least two years of nursing experience, and current CPR certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license with auto insurance are mandatory.
