Responsibilities

The Senior Principal, Fund Assurance provides oversight and strategic guidance across mutual funds, ETFs, and complex products to strengthen controls and governance. This role drives a scalable assurance framework while ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing risk detection through data analytics and automation.

Qualifications

NAV calculation audit automation data analytics financial reporting fund accounting pricing reconciliations regulatory compliance risk management

Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fund accounting or oversight, with strong exposure to mutual funds and complex investment products. An advanced understanding of accounting, operational, and control requirements is essential, along with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and preferably a CPA or CFA certification.
