Job summary

Head of Marketing is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading brand growth, managing marketing channels, developing content strategies, and building a team to position the company as a trusted leader in children’s autism and ADHD care.

Responsibilities

Lead Paloma's marketing strategy, brand, budget, and growth across paid and organic channels, content, partnerships, public relations, and new service launches. Own the customer journey, website, parent communications, marketing technology, customer research, and development of the marketing team.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a proven record of rapidly growing a consumer business, recent hands-on performance marketing experience, strong creative instincts for storytelling and short-form video, and confidence with data, testing, and modern marketing technology. They should also have experience leading and developing a team; experience in trust-led sectors, regional growth, or community building is desirable but not essential.
