Job summary

The Clinical Standards Lead works closely with Functional Assessors, providing supervision, evaluating assessments, and ensuring high standards in clinical practice, mainly through audits and coaching, to support professional development and maintain quality within the DWP assessment process.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Standards Lead will supervise functional assessors by conducting audits, observations, and coaching to ensure high-quality performance. They will also perform functional assessments for claimants to evaluate the impact of health conditions on daily life.

Qualifications
