The Talent Advisor will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a comprehensive talent service, supporting hiring managers through all recruitment stages, managing vacancies, screening candidates, and maintaining compliance to attract and onboard top talent across the UK.

Responsibilities

The Talent Advisor supports the recruitment process by managing vacancies, screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience across multiple locations.

Qualifications

ATS Communication Organizational Skills Recruitment Recruitment Sourcing Tools Stakeholder Management

Previous experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, and using ATS required. Strong communication and organizational skills necessary.
