Job summary

Support travelers with vacation planning, booking assistance, and general travel inquiries. Get to know each client's travel style, interests, budget, and vacation goals. Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences. Recommend travel options that best fit each client's preferences. Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and trip-related services using approved booking platforms. Deliver confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and important pre-departure information. Assist with itinerary updates, special requests, and travel-related adjustments. Verify reservation details and travel documentation for completeness and accuracy. Follow up on active bookings to help ensure every travel plan is ready for departure. Maintain organized client files, trip notes, and communication records within company systems. Utilize supplier resources and internal tools to provide exceptional client support. Continue building your knowledge through training sessions, destination updates, and professional development.

Responsibilities

The Travel Care Specialist supports clients through the entire vacation planning process, from researching destinations to coordinating reservations. They are responsible for delivering travel documents and providing personalized assistance before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications

Candidates must have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable using online communication platforms. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in one of the approved regions.
