Job summary

Community Paediatric Nurse supporting children with complex health needs in Devon, primarily working overnight shifts to assist with clinical and personal care, build trust with families, and enable children to thrive at home and in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive clinical care to a paediatric patient in their home environment during night shifts. Build trust with families and empower the child to thrive by supporting their health and developmental needs.

Qualifications

Building Trust with Families Child Care Community Nursing Emotional Resilience Paediatric Care Tracheostomy Care & Suction Tracheostomy Tube Change & Care Use of PEG

Must be a qualified nurse with at least 6 months of UK complex care experience within the last 2 years. Proficiency in tracheostomy care and PEG management is essential.
