Job summary

A delivery driver role involving driving, customer interaction, and store support, with a focus on safe deliveries, route management, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver grocery orders on time and in good condition using a 3.5-tonne refrigerated van, while providing friendly and helpful service at customers’ doorsteps. Check and organise the vehicle and orders, follow planned routes safely, communicate about delays or order queries, and assist in the store when needed.

Qualifications

Applicants must be over 18, have held a full UK or EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than six points, and have the right to work in the UK. They should be comfortable driving a larger vehicle, moving containers weighing up to 15 kg, working flexibly in a fast-paced environment, and learning to use route and delivery technology.
